"ON TIME GUARANTEE" (OTG) extension
On the condition that there is a delay greater than 2(two) hours of schedule departure time caused solely by Carrier Operator/AirAsia Group		 Rp. 600,000

Coverage is provided when baggage is delayed, misdirected or temporarily misplaced by the AirAsia from the time your arrival at the scheduled destination abroad till the time you received your baggage.
