1. What does this policy covers?
This policy covers Personal Accident, Total Permanent Disability, damaged to luggage and personal effects, and lost of luggage and personal effects. For schedule of benefits please click here
2. Who is the underwriter for this policy?
Oriental Capital Assurance Berhad is the underwriter for your Skybus Personal Accident policy.
3. How do I claim make a claim?

4. Are all items damaged or lost claimable?
Yes. Each item is payable up to RM100.00 and total sum insured is RM500.00
5. I have bought the Cancer ROP, CIROP, AirAsia Omnibus PA or Cash Relief Plan over the phone, when will this policy take effect?
No. Please refer to exclusions in policy wording here.
6. How do I purchase Skybus Personal Accident policy?
Skybus Personal Accident policy is offered to AirAsia travelers who purchase their bus ticket online.
