1. Who provides my Tune Insure AirAsia Travel Protection insurance cover?
Tune Insure AirAsia Travel Protection is especially designed by AirAsia through Asia Insurance (Cambodia) Plc with your needs in mind.

This program is only exclusively available via airasia.com for flights originating from Cambodia.


2. What is my insurance coverage under the Tune Insure AirAsia Travel Protection program?
Your coverage shall include the following:-
Personal Accident, Trip cancellation/ delay, loss of baggage / personal effects, accidental medical reimbursement and evacuation / repatriation expenses.


3. Who can purchase Tune Insure AirAsia Travel Protection?
Any AirAsia Guests departing FROM Cambodia can purchase Tune Insure AirAsia Travel Protection while booking their flight/s on airasia.com.

You can still purchase Tune Insure AirAsia Travel Protection even if you are not originating Cambodia and/or do not live in Cambodia as long as you are flying out of Cambodia


4. Does Tune Insure AirAsia Travel Protection enforce an age limit?
Yes, the Guest must be at least 9 days old and not exceed 75 years of age to qualify for Tune Insure AirAsia Travel Protection.

Infants between 9 days to 24 months old travelling with an Insured Adult are covered for free! A name is not required as long as it is acknowledged that an infant is onboard with the Insured Adult. The Infant's benefit is 10% of the Personal Accident Limit.


5. Can I purchase Tune Insure AirAsia Travel Protection if I am traveling for more than 30 days?
All Return-Trip Plans for AirAsia Travel Protection are validd up to 30 days from the Departure Date.

6. Am I still covered by Tune Insure AirAsia Travel Protection if I catch a connecting flight to a different destination?
Under Tune Insure AirAsia Travel Protection, air travel coverage is only limited to AirAsia flights. For the Return Cover Plans, the coverage for the period commencing upon arrival until departure only applies within the original country of destination on an AirAsia flight.

7. Where should I indicate my nominee for receiving benefits?
You don’t need to indicate a nominee for your Tune Insure policy! Flight or Personal Accident benefits paid due to a fatal accident will be made to the estate of the Insured while other benefits are paid directly to the Insured.
